Abhidhamma is a study of how our mind works and its interaction with the body. Abhidhamma is a comprehensive and refined Buddhist psychology and philosophy that has a resultant effect in our lives. Topics are simplified so that it is easier to learn and understand in order to apply wholesome practices in our daily lives. Knowing it will enable us to manage our mind easily. Students get to learn more about their mind and to stay balanced when face with life’s daily tribulations.
